Refund policy
We take great care in ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your product, we are happy to assist you with the process.
By utilizing the Totka™ portal and/or initiating a purchase request, you acknowledge that you accept the terms outlined in this policy. Should you disagree with any of the terms, we kindly suggest refraining from making any transactions on Totka™.
Please be aware that this policy may be updated periodically. We encourage you to review the policy regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes that may affect your transactions on our platform.
Shipping Details
We offer shipping to a wide range of locations throughout India. In most cases, we aim to dispatch in-stock products within 2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary based on your specific pin code, with an estimated range of 2 to 7 days. While we strive to meet these delivery timelines, please note that shipping durations are not guaranteed. Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive a tracking link for your order via WhatsApp or email once it has been dispatched.
A small fee is applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in regions where this service is not available. If you decide to reject a confirmed COD order, we regret that we may be unable to fulfill future orders for you.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only for the products that you have received in a damaged condition within 3 days of delivery. However, please note that intimate products such as stockings/pantyhoses, gloves and socks cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if it has not been processed for dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to us promptly via the Contact Us page.
Return/Refund Conditions
Returns or refunds are only available for damaged items, and an unboxing video is required for processing any claims related to damages.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and include all original packaging and labels. Items that do not meet these requirements may be ineligible for a return or exchange.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for products under the following circumstances:
If the return is requested more than 3 days after delivery.
If the product has been worn, damaged, or is missing its original packaging.
How the Return Process Works
Once your return request is submitted, we will review it and provide a response within 2 business days. If the return is approved, we will schedule a pickup, and our courier partners will collect the item within 2-3 business days. Your refund or exchange will only be processed after the returned item has been received at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection.
Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging to help protect it during transit. The packaging is specifically designed to safeguard your products while in transit.
Refund Methods
For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the purchase (bank account, credit/debit card, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can select your preferred refund method (bank details or UPI ID) when submitting the return request.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
In the case of a tampered item
If you receive a parcel that appears tampered with, we kindly request that you refuse delivery and immediately inform us. We will take swift action to resolve the matter for you.
