ORDER & SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship all over India?
Yes. We ship pan-India via trusted delivery partners.
Q: How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹800. For orders below ₹800, a standard shipping fee applies. A small charge applies for Cash on Delivery.
Q: Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll get a tracking link by SMS/email/whatsapp once your order is shipped.
Q: My order is delayed. What should I do?
If your parcel has been in transit for more than 10 days, just email us/Call us or DM us on Instagram — we’ll check immediately.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible.
Q: I made a mistake in my delivery address. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. Once it’s been dispatched, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any changes.
Q: My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Please check with security/neighbours first. If it’s still missing, contact us right away — we’ll sort it.
SIZING & FIT
Q: I don’t know my size — help?
Most Totka stockings and tights fit waist sizes 24–36 inches (standard S-L). If you’re unsure, DM us with your measurements and we’ll recommend the right fit.
Q: Do your stockings roll down?
No. All Totka pieces are designed with a soft, secure waistband that stays in place.
Q: Are your stockings size-inclusive?
Right now, we fit S-L. XL and above coming soon — it’s a priority for us.
Q: Are Totka stockings high-waisted?
Yes — our tights and stockings feature a wide waistband that sits at your waist. They're designed to hug without rolling down or digging in.

PRODUCT & WEARABILITY
Q: Are Totka stockings breathable for summer use?
Absolutely. Our fabric blend is lightweight, stretchable, and sweat-friendly — designed for year-round use. Stick to sheer or light denier options during summer for max airflow.
Q: What shoes go best with stockings
Almost everything! shaded stockings pair beautifully with heels, loafers, and pointed flats.
solid stockings go great with boots, sneakers, and closed-toe shoes. Just avoid overly rough or studded footwear that might snag the fabric.
Q: Do you make anything apart from stockings?
Not yet — Totka is currently all about perfecting stockings. But two new product categories are in development and launching soon.
Q: What style should I buy — Solid or Shaded?
Solid stockings are timeless, versatile, and easy to match with any outfit.
Gradient styles are statement-makers — perfect for adding flair to minimal or monochrome looks.
If you’re new to stockings, start with solid. If you love standing out, shaded is your go-to.
CARE & LONGEVITY
Q: How do I wash my Totka stockings?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid scrubbing or wringing. You can also machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Always air dry — no dryers, please.
Q: How often should I wash them?
Every 4–6 wears is enough — unless they’ve gotten sweaty or dirty. Washing too frequently can wear them out faster.
Q: Can I wear them every day?
Yes! Our stockings are made for regular wear. Just rotate pairs and care for them well to keep them looking fresh.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on stockings.
Q: What if I received a damaged or defective product?
If your stockings arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery along with an unboxing video. Returns for damaged items without this proof will not be accepted. We’ll arrange a replacement if eligible.
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — but only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please reach out to us immediately via email or phone.
Q: How long does it take to process a return?
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days. Your return will be processed after we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse.
Q: I refused a COD order on delivery. Can I place a new order?
If a confirmed COD order is refused or undelivered, we may restrict COD payment for future orders.
Q: When will I get my refund?
For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
For COD orders, we’ll request your UPI ID or bank details for the refund.
Q: What if my parcel arrives tampered or open?
Please refuse delivery and contact us right away with a photo/video. We’ll take care of the rest.
